I try to pick something that is detrimental to my life. This year, I gave up candy. I tried to give up sweets, but that proved to be too much.<br/><br/>I have to say that I've had a touch of chocolate, but I have not even looked at the candy (twizzlers, gummy stuff, etc) that was ruining my diet and my teeth just months earlier. I got my first cavity ever this year, so I'm now determined to make such treats a very rare indulgence. I find them awesome too.
